Eating omelets for breakfast is good for health provided it is fried in good oil (Olive oil or Asli ghee) and not using too much oil, just use a little for frying so that the omelet does not burn.

 If vegetables are added to the omelet, its taste and nutrition will also increase. Vegetable contains nutrients like carbohydrates, iron, vitamins some minerals, etc. egg contain vitamin d which is most beneficial for our bone's health. So, overall vegetable omelet is really good food, and it will help to loss wait easily without any health damage.  If you want to add chicken, beef or mutton, you can also add it but in chicken veggie omelet (boil chicken or boneless beef or mutton in it along with vegetables) now make simple vegetable omelet.

Following are the steps to make vegetable omelet:

Ingredients

Potato: one medium size

 Onion: One medium sized

 Tomatoes: Two mediums sized

Cumin: seeds half teaspoon

Salt: to taste

Green chilies: Four

Mint leaves: Six to seven

Green coriander: A quarter cup

Eggs: Four

Cabbage: ½ cup

Capsicum: 1

Chopped Red Chili: One teaspoon

Black pepper: a quarter teaspoon

How to make vegetable omelet is as follows:

Method

(1) Remove the thin skins of the potatoes and wash them with fresh water, then peel them or cut them into small pieces.

Wash the rest of the vegetables with clean fresh water and put them into a basket. When the water dries up, peel them and cut them into small pieces such as cabbage, capsicum etc. and also finely chop onions, potatoes, tomatoes, coriander, green chilies, mint leaves.

(2) Take a frying pan and add oil and fry the potato a little. When it becomes light golden, take it out on a plate and let it cool.

(3) Take a bowl and add fried potatoes, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green coriander, green chilies, mint leaves, other spices like salt, chopped red chilies, black pepper, cumin and finally Add four eggs and mix it well.

(4) Now take a frying pan and put a little oil in it. When the oil is hot, add the mixture with the boiled mixture. Heat the oil on low heat and fry the omelet on low heat for three to four times. After a minute, change the side, then cook the other side for three to four minutes. Delicious and tasty vegetable omelet is ready.
