Roh Afza Sharbat

Ingredients 

Water:4 glasses

W

v   red sharbat: 3 TB, Sugar 4TB

v   lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

v   Few mint leaves and basil seeds 2 TB


v   Method

 4 Take 4 glasses of water in a jug. Add three tablespoons of sugar or according to taste. Now add Roh Afza Sharbat means red sharbat and mix it well with the help of a spoon.

v    When sugar becomes dissolved add lemon juice and basil seeds. Basil seeds should be soaked for 5 to 10 minutes before use. At the last add a few mint leaves.

v   Now after the special drink is ready serve it in glasses.

 Roh Afza milkshake

 Roh Afza sharbat can add in milk and make a Roh Afza milkshake. You can add Roh Afza in hot or cold milk and you can also add nuts like pistachio, almonds, etc. it is optional.

Saka Jabeen (Lemon ka sharbat or Lemonade) Recipe step by step


It The summer favorite drink use it in Ramadan also. Saka Jabeen is the oldest and famous drink recipe. People of all age group likes it. Now let's get started to make perfect and superb Saka Jabeen at home.

Water

glasses

sugar

salt

According to taste

Lemon juice

2tb

Black pepper

1 pinch

Mint leaves

Method

  • Take two glasses of water add sugar two tablespoon mix it  
  •  second step is to add salt according to your taste in it and mix it well.
  • When sugar and salt dissolve add black pepper one pinch or according to taste.
  • Third and final step is to add lemon juice two tablespoon when all ingredients (sugar and salt) are dissolved.

Before pouring the sakanjabeen into the glass, sprinkle sugar on the rim of the glass
 Place the lemon wedges on the edge of the glass,
pour the scallions into the glass and add a few mint leaves for decoration.
  •  Pour into a glass and add mint leaves as a decoration.

The delicious Saka Jabeen is ready.

Serve it and enjoy it. 

 Drink #3 Imli Aloo Bukhara ka sharbat

Tamarind (Imli)

125gm

Dried plums (Aloo Bukhara)

125gm

Dried apricot

250gm

Sugar

½ cup

Black salt

1/2tsp

Ice

As required.


Method
  • First of soaked these three ingredients (125gm tamarind, 125gmDried plums and 250 gm of dried apricot) overnight with one two cup of water.
  • after 12 hours remove seeds from these three ingredients and blend it well in a blender.
  • Take a jug add this blend mixture and add more water.
  • Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of black salt or according to taste in this jug. Mix it well.
  • At the last add crushed ice cubes.
  • Basil seeds is optional.
  • Delicious imli Aloo Bukhara drink is ready. pour into a glass and serve it.
