Ingredients 

Mincemeat: 1K 

dry roasted Channa: 1 cup

(Chana dal or split chickpea lentil) 

 garlic paste: one teaspoon.

 green chilies: 4-6 

black pepper powder: half teaspoon

 salt: according to taste 

coriander leaves: half cup 

Method

  •  First, take a pan and add mincemeat, water, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion, green chilies, black Peppers and at the end add salt according to taste cover it with its lid and let them boil on a medium flame for 5 minutes and then on low flame until the water becomes dry but keep in mind don’t burn the ingredients.
  • . When the water becomes dry let’s cool down this mixture at room temperature.
