Peas pulao (Matar pulao) Recipe
Ingredients
Rice: 1kg,
Peas: 4cup,
oil :1 ½
Ginger garlic paste: one tablespoon each,
Onion finely fried: half cup,
Nutmeg: one pinch,
Jawitri: one pinch,
Spicy leaves: one,
Badiyan flowers: two,
Unproven hot spices: one tablespoon,
Salt: about two tsp,
Cumin, one tablespoon.

Method
Clean the rice and remove
any sand pebbles in it, then wash it and soak it for five
. Add ginger garlic paste
then add black pepper, cinnamon stick, Spicy leaves,
and tomatoes to it and cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add fried onions and
again cook it for 3 minutes.
Add peas and fry the peas more.
Add some little water
when you cook the peas and stir the spoon continuously.
After five minutes when the peas become a little soft add more water according to the rice and cover the pan with its lid.
When water becomes boil
check the taste of salt and add more salt if you need.
Now add soaked rice stir it once with the help of a spoon and cover it with its lid.
Cook it on a medium flame
for 5-7
Now flame should be very
low after 5-7 minutes stir it once and cook it for a very low flame for 7-10
minutes.
After this flame should
be off.
Mater pulao or peas pulao
