Homemade Mango Ice-cream Recipe

 It is really easy to make homemade mango ice cream with few ingredients.

Mango is a great source of vitamins A and C. Antioxidants are a property of mango, this property helps to increase the immune system and this property is good for healthy skin. And of course, vitamin A is really good for eyesight. Mango is a summer fruit mostly found in tropical areas. 

some important minerals like potassium, magnesium, and copper are also included in mango and these minerals help to regulate the blood sugar level and reduce the risk of certain cancers and sporting heart health.

magnesium is important for bone health for nerve function, and energy production while potassium is important for maintaining proper heart function and also regulate blood pressure.

 copper is very important in various enzymatic reactions and plays a vital role in the production of red blood cells some antioxidants are packed in mango like phenolic compounds and carotenoids these antioxidants are helpful and protect the body against damage and add caused by harmful free radicals which can contribute to several diseases and the aging process.

 Mangoes contain fiber and this fiber are helpful in digestion and helps to maintain bowel regularity add it will help to reduce the risk of high cholesterol level and regulate the blood sugar level.

 some enzymes are also present in a mango like amylase, and protease these enzymes are helps in digestion…. carbohydrates, and proteins respectively.

 Mango pulp: two cups

 Sugar according to taste

 Condensed milk: 1 cup

Nestle cream: one packet.

Vanilla essence :3 drops.

Orange food color: 2 drops

 Method

  1.  wash the mango, peel it, remove the seed, and cut the mango into cubes.
  2.  these mango cubes add to a food processor and blend them well.
  3. Take a bowl and add chilled Nestle cream one packet beat this cream with an electric beater or nonelectric beater for 3-5 minutes.
  4. After beating the cream add homemade condensed milk, add sugar according to taste if you need and a few chunks of mango cubes mix it.
  5.  Now add mango puree, which is blended in a food processor or blender, vanilla essence 3 drops, and at the last add orange food colors 2 drops optional. Mix it well.
  6. Now transfer this mixture to an ice cream mold and cover it with its lid.
  7. Keep this bowl/mixture in the refrigerator for   8 to 12 hours.

  8. After 8-12 hours homemade mango ice cream is ready.
  9. Transfer this mango ice cream into the ice cream cup and enjoy it in summer with your family, friends, and of course with children.
