Soji (Semolina) Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
Soji Ka Halwa Recipe |
Soji; 1 cup
Sugar: 1cup
Coconut slices: 1/4 cup
Raisins (Kishmish):1/4 cup
Dates: 7
Oil: 2TB
Water: as required
Method
First step
Take a pan add 1 cup of sugar add water as
required and cook it for 2 minutes. When sugar becomes dissolved keep this pan
aside.
Second step
Take a pot add 2 tbs of oil cook it for 1 minute
and add 1 cup of Soji mix it and cook it until change the color of Soji. Keep in
mind to continuously stir it and cook Soji on a low flame.
After 5-7 minutes when the color of the Soji changes (Light brown) add Shera (sugar dissolved in water), mix it once cover it
with its lid, and cook it for 3 minutes at medium flame.
After 3 minutes flame should be low and
cook it for 4-5 minutes.
At the last for garnish add coconut slices,
raisins (Kishmish), and dates without seeds.
After 5 minutes flame should be off. Delicious homemade dessert Soji ka halva is ready.
