Mutton: ½ kg

Oil: ½ cup.

Onions: Two mediums

Red chili powder: ½ tablespoon.

Green chilies: 3

 Salt :½ tablespoon

Tomato :4 medium

Kashmiri red chili powder: ½ teaspoon.

Turmeric powder :1/2 teaspoon

 coriander powder: half teaspoon

 cumin powder, half teaspoon.

Water: as required.

Ginger paste: One teaspoon

Garlic pastes: One tablespoon.

Ginger: For garnish

Method.

First of all, Wash mutton and keep aside.

Take a bowl add oil and cooked for two minutes on a medium flame. when oil becomes warm add ginger garlic paste and cook it for two minutes.

Now add mutton tomato paste red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, Salt, turmeric, Cumin powder, Coriander powder and mix it well. Add one glass water and cover this bowl with its lid and cook it for 10 minutes on a medium flame.

After 10 minutes when mutton becomes soft, change its color and water become dry add half cup of yogurt mix it and cook it well for 4-5 minutes. Cook it on medium flame, continuously stirred it.

After 10 minutes add water as required and again cover it with its lid cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After 5 minutes flame should be low add ginger for garnish, chopped green chilies, garam masala powder and add coriander leaves. Again, flame should be low for 5 minutes. Transfer this recipe into another bowl and serve it with chapati or nan or rice.
