Homemade Mint Sauce Recipe - Pudney Ki Chutney

It is really easy to make homemade mint sauce or puny ki chutney a few times with a few ingredients. Prep time for this recipe is only 5 minutes.  Mint sauce or pudina ki chutney is a part of the traditional recipe used by British cousins. Anyone can eat this sauce with food. There is no age restriction to eat this mint sauce. But you can skip green chili if small children can eat this sauce with food. You can keep this mint sauce or deny ki chutney in the refrigerator to save it for a long time.

Ingredients

Mint leaves: 1 Cup

 coriander leaves: 1 Cup

 green chilies: 2-3

 salt: according to taste
  garlic paste: 1 teaspoon.

 ginger paste: 1teaspoon

Lemon juice:1 teaspoon

Water: according to need

 Method

 All these ingredients add to a blender jug and blended well.  Homemade mint sauce is ready. 

Add into a jar which should be neat, clean, and free of air or water vacuum.
